产品用途：单工位多级真空碳氢清洗机用于大型的金属铸件、精密五金冲压件、精密加工件、汽车零部件、粉末冶金件等金属零件的脱脂清洗，特别适合产品具有夹缝、堆叠、盲孔、深孔、异形等结构，清洗困难的零件除油、脱脂。其特点是干燥快、清洁度高，清洗液消耗小。

清洗流程：

  喷淋清洗→超声波清洗（可选工艺射流清洗）→风切→喷淋漂洗→超声波清洗（可选工艺射流清洗）→干燥（可选热风与真空干燥两种）。
